A service providing applicants with an approval to discharge water resulting from excavation, testing water, or other types of water
1- Application submitted electronically on the Environment Authority’s website with all required documents
2- Application consideration and evaluation
3- Receipt of the approval
o To adhere to the following:
o Royal Decree no. 114/2001 issuing the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution
o Royal Decree no. 115/2001 issuing the Law on Protection of Potable Water Sources from Pollution
o The technical specifications of licenses issued by the Environment Authority.
